Full-service business, AV-Rated law firm, has an immediate need in our Orlando office for a Paralegal in our Corporate section. Looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience, trusts, business experience, mergers and acquisitions. They are going to work working on an international merger.
Location for firm - Downtown Orlando - they will allow hybrid schedule. 3/2 schedule. $75,000-$95,000 The successful candidate will be a team player, assisting attorneys with a wide range of corporate transactions. Duties will include, but not be limited to, preparing corporate documents and contracts, reviewing corporate formation documents, and merger and acquisitions documents. This position requires proficiency in data management software, the ability to maintain a professional demeanor with frequent interaction with clients, excellent written and verbal skills, and a strong multitasking ability to support three attorneys. At least five years of experience is required. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services in the corporate department under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will frequently communicate with the clients to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings. Apply today!
