bakehouse , your celebration HQ for parties, classes, event space, and pop-ups is looking for a Baking Class and Party Facilitator!

Baking Class and Party Facilitators are tasked with leading or participating in the successful execution of private events and classes, communicating effectively with co-workers and guests, participating in the maintenance of a clean & organized space, and execution of business priorities as directed by the company’s Mission, Vision and Values. 

Reports to

Education & Engagement Manager

Duties

• Lead and participate in the successful execution of baking classes & parties
• Support manager & instructors including but not limited to room set up & take down, supplies & ingredients preparation, cleaning, and organization.
• Support manager in the development of party & class plans. 
• Execute tasks efficiently & in accordance with the company’s quality standards.
• Provide excellent, upbeat customer service to a diverse audience
• Communicate consistently & effectively with management & co-workers.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean, organized and functional workspace. 

Requirements

• Teaching or facilitating experience
• Baking experience
• 2+ year(s) customer service experience
• 1+ year(s) leadership experience 
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Creative problem-solving and decision making
• Ability to work independently
• Dependable, flexible and team-oriented
• Commitment to executing company Mission, Vision and Values
• part-time, approximately 16-24 hours per week
• weekend & evening availability a must

Starting at $18
