Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor MUST BE BILINGUAL (Bilingual English/Spanish) to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and logistics, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards while optimizing productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards to promote a safe working environment.
  • Manage team performance through effective training, coaching, and development of warehouse staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the distribution center to enhance productivity.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to facilitate operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and distribution processes.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a distribution center setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Valid forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
