POSITION SUMMARY:

What we're looking for

We are seeking detail oriented and reliable team members who take pride in their work and want to share this beautiful region with visitors. Ideal candidates will embody our values and ensure each property is prepared to welcome guests following our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Travel to properties required. Please be willing to travel to at least two of the below listed areas:

  • Majority of the properties are located in Trenton, GA and surrounding area, Mentone, AL and surrounding area, Bryant, AL, and Chattanooga, TN
  • Having a reliable vehicle is a must, many of the properties are not accessible using public transit, and so a personal vehicle is a requirement.

We operate every day of the week.

  • Our busiest days are Friday, Sunday, and Monday.

Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.

  • Typical hours of operation are between 10 am and 4 pm.

Some positions may require that you drive a personal vehicle and/or company vehicle for work purposes. Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years of age. Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years.

An offer of employment allows us to provide a successful completion of a background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Professionally clean and maintain properties following cleaning procedures that conform to our standards
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces
  • Wash and put away dishes
  • Wash and fold Laundry
  • Make Beds
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms
  • Create a welcoming environment for our guests
  • Identify and report damages to maintenance as needed
  • Remove trash
  • Replenish guest consumable items (such as soaps and paper products)
  • Maintain hot tubs, as needed
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle, as our properties are not accessible using public transportation
  • Your own smartphone and personal email address, to receive assignments, clock in, and report cleans
  • Weekend availability
  • Great attention to detail
  • Capable to perform physical tasks, ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $16 - $19

Schedule

  • Daily between 10am - 4pm
