As a Social Media Marketing Manager , you will lead the development and execution of our social media strategies across all platforms. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven insights to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns to grow brand visibility and influence.
• Content Execution: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and consistent posting of engaging content that conveys our brand story and product benefits.
• Community Engagement: Foster relationships by actively engaging and moderating discussions with our audience.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Work with influencers and partners to co-create content, manage UGC campaigns, contracts, and budgets.
• Cross-functional Collaborations: Partner with design to create and provide feedback on social assets and ensure timely delivery of content initiatives.
• Data Insights: Track, analyze, and adjust social media campaigns based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful growth and engagement strategies.
• Fluency in the modern zeitgeist with a natural ability to write compelling copy for small business owners.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first, and creative team environment.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to think innovatively and embrace social media trends.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
