Position - RPA & Power Platform Specialist - Digital Transformation

You will play a critical role in advancing Navaide's mission of driving transformational change for our clients. Your work will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of systems that matter most to our nation. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments. Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of the Department of Defense clients.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related technologies.
• Experience in process analysis, documentation, and redesign to support automation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and integration of RPA with cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer).
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with database management and SQL.

Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance

Travel: Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Navaide is a forward-thinking organization committed to driving digital transformation and innovation within our industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, process improvement, and leveraging the latest technology to streamline business operations. The RPA and Power Platform Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will support our broader digital transformation strategy by driving automation initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions to automate manual, repetitive tasks across business functions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation. Develop RPA bots using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Monitor and troubleshoot existing bots, ensuring they operate effectively and resolve issues promptly. Continuously improve automation solutions for scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.

Power Platform Development: Build low-code applications, workflows, and reports using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency. Integrate Power Platform tools with existing business systems and databases to automate data flows and reporting. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and develop custom Power Platform solutions that meet those needs. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can fully utilize Power Platform tools. 

Digital Transformation & Process Improvement: Work closely with IT and business teams to design and implement digital transformation strategies. Leverage RPA and Power Platform to enable seamless process automation and data integration across departments. Ensure that automation solutions align with the organization's digital transformation goals and best practices. Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new automation solutions by all stakeholders. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the subject matter expert on RPA and Power Platform technologies, guiding cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing automation opportunities. Maintain strong communication with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational objectives. Provide regular progress updates and reports to leadership on automation projects and outcomes.

Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA, Power Platform, and digital transformation. Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive innovation and enhance the automation landscape

Education:  

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
