Wage Scale

$17.95 - $32.00 per hour.

This position will earn a base hourly rate between $17.95/hour and $32.00/hour and may be eligible to participate in our company tip pool. Our tip pool distributions fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee a certain distribution. However, on average, employees in this same position may make between $3.00 and $8.00 in tips per hour.

As a Restroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the pristine, sanitary environment of our restrooms. Always professional, you deliver genuine warmth and care in a fast-paced and demanding role. Your eye for detail and standards of service will exceed guest expectations. 

Duties  

• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means! 
• Disinfect and sanitize all restroom surfaces and restock toiletry dispensers. 
• Sweep and mop restroom floors and surrounding hallway area. 
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers regularly. 
• Restock bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, toilet seat covers, etc.) 
• Wipe down sink area and mirrors. 
• Clean toilet handles, seats, and bowls. 
• Maintain restroom inventory equipment and supplies. 
• Report any maintenance concerns to management. 
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures. 

Basic Qualifications  

• No experience necessary. 
• Possess a passion for culinary and creating world-class experiences. 
• Desire to learn and grow through personal and career development. 
• Embody an entrepreneurial mindset; you see things from a new perspective. 
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. 
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
