Job Description

Back office or Call center

*Must have*: At least a year experience healthcare back office and epic with insurance knowledge.

Soft skills/characteristics needed in a temp for this clinic: Excellent Customer Service and Willing to learn and be flexible with job duty or shift

Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: ~ 50 pts or 50 calls per days

Apex experience is preferred but not required.
