Job Description

Our client has been in business since 2011 with a goal to be a new kind of PEO: a PEO where the client experience and quality of service are the driving focus of everything. A PEO with an innovative business model. A PEO with a unique approach to HR delivery, and one that embraces brokers and agents creating a partnership that translates to added value of their mutual clients. They have grown tremendously fast from having 25 sales reps to having 70 sales reps across the country with the goal of having 150 sales reps in the next 5-years with the opportunity to become District Manager.

As a PEO Sales Representative you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying and closing opportunities with white & light gray collar business targeting no less than 10 worksite employees. You will develop strategic partnerships, and present customized PEO solutions to prospects across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and continue to build on the relationship base of the brokers securing referrals within white and light gray collar customers targeting no less than 10 worksite employees.
  • Collecting documents
  • Turning in RFPs/proposals
  • Getting CSA's sighed
  • Selling PEO solutions with the flexibility to carve our workers comp and medical.
  • You will be remote and build your brand with the support of internal and leadership
  • Obtain leads through partner relationships

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience identifying new and and working with existing broker partners. No direct selling responsibilities.
  • Have an average of 400+ WSE's per year
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong existing network of business owners, brokers, and referral sources.
  • Excellent consultative selling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism.
