Title: Office Administrator
Location: Newark, NJ
Job Type: W2 hourly 35 hours a week
Providing administrative support to management, employees . Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organizing files, drafting letters, scheduling meetings. Taking notes of phone calls of client meetings. Support for the recruiting team.
Additional responsibilities:
Consultant time sheet follow-up,
Payroll questions follow-up with ADP,
Accounts Payable and Account Receivables follow-up,
touch base periodically with consultants,
Client billing follow-up,
Monitor contractor’s time and budget as compared Work Order.
Track and follow-up contract durations, contractor budgets, contract end dates.
