About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator Online Gaming will be the key liaison between the Marketing and Online Gaming divisions. This role is responsible for executing the strategic marketing plan to grow revenue and acquire customers for Ocean Casino’s online gaming platforms. This role will leverage cross-marketing opportunities for both online and land-based gaming businesses.
Position Responsibilities
· Executes marketing plans and tactics for online gaming platform
· Meets with internal stakeholders to align online and offline marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and customer growth goals.
· Partners with agency to execute paid media buys; carefully tracks performance against KPIs to ensure benchmarks are being consistently met.
· Develops advertising and website materials (display ads, search ads, OOH, video, etc.) with agency to deliver against plan
· Traffics ads to media partners and affiliates.
· Responsible for SEO for websites and mobile apps including content optimization, competitive tracking, and best practices implementation.
· Ensures platform website and mobile app are up-to-date with latest promotions and offers.
· Executes brand activations and programming on-property and off-property.
· Coordinates email schedule with Database Marketing/CRM team.
· Attends calls and meetings with platform provider for marketing strategy and execution.
· Manages third party vendor sponsorships and relationships for marketing suppliers.
· Liaises with PR team on strategic PR plan; crafts press releases, media alerts, etc to secure relevant news coverage surrounding online gaming platforms.
· Assists Marketing team for special projects and initiatives as needed.
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
· Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
· Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds
· Travel to/from work and on-site attendance to perform the position responsibilities and the essential functions of the job
· Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology or other related disciplines
· Experience in a marketing role with a heavy emphasis on digital channels
· HTML/CSS experience preferred
· Website CMS experience preferred
· Previous online gaming and/or sports marketing experience a plus
· Effective communication and presentation skills
· Superior organizational skills
