Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (organic, paid, partnerships, and affiliates) to drive signups and engagement.
  • Manage influencer & affiliate outreach to attract high-value users.
  • Analyze funnels and optimize conversion rates at every step of the user journey.
  • Oversee email campaigns, content marketing, and lead generation to enhance product visibility.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive growth and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Apply expertise in scaling SaaS products to boost user adoption and long-term retention.

User Experience & Product Strategy

  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for platform improvements .
  • Suggest and refine new features that support creator success.
  • Optimize the onboarding experience to increase user retention.
  • Research competitor products and market trends to ensure the company stays ahead.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work directly with the development team Project Manager to ensure user needs are met.
  • Coordinate with designers, marketers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
  • Act as the liaison between users and the product team , advocating for user experience improvements.

Qualifications:

  • +3 years of experience as a marketing or product strategist. 
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and growth strategies , including traffic generation, lead conversion, and user retention.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and content strategies to drive brand trust and engagement.
  • Product mindset – understanding of user psychology and engagement strategies .
  • Data-driven optimizer – experience with analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking .
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for bringing fresh ideas and executing them efficiently.
  • Experience growing SaaS products through marketing and product strategy .
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience working with creator-focused platforms or SaaS companies.
  • Ability to experiment, innovate, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of user onboarding and engagement tactics for digital products.
