Note- Client is specifically requesting diversity candidates not Desi. Must have experience in Card Operations within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing of card transaction flows (both debit and credit card systems).
• Validate the entire card lifecycle, including:
  • Issuance & Activation
  • PIN Generation
  • Blocking & Replacement
  • Renewal & Closure
• Test card management functions:
  • Limit Setup
  • Fee Structures
  • Interest Calculations
  • Rewards Program (Accrual & Redemption)
• Perform thorough testing of back-office card operations, such as:
  • Disputes
  • Chargebacks
  • Reversals
  • Settlement & Reconciliation Processes
• Ensure compliance with banking standards and regulations:
  • PCI DSS
  • EMV
  • ISO 8583 message protocols
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution using test management tools.
• Collaborate closely with business users, QA leads, and developers for requirement clarity and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA with a strong focus on Card Operations in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Solid knowledge of card transaction systems (debit/credit).
• Experience working with Card Lifecycle Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of banking domain compliance standards (PCI DSS, EMV, ISO 8583).
• Excellent documentation, defect tracking, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
• Familiarity with core banking systems or payment gateways.
