What You'll Do:

Lead Client Initiatives: Drive the delivery of technology and digital transformation projects for our clients.
Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Collaborate with technical engineering and delivery teams to create roadmaps, prioritize focus areas, and define overall strategy.
Shape Digital Vision: Engage with client stakeholders through workshops and interviews to shape the digital initiative strategy and vision.
Build Strong Partnerships: Partner with key client sponsors and stakeholders to provide engagement updates, oversight, and risk management.
Ensure Stakeholder Buy-In: Collaborate with clients to secure buy-in for approach recommendations and options.
Support Business Case Development: Assist in developing business cases, estimations, and timelines for digital initiatives.
Drive Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, business analysts) to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Lead Client Engagements: Ensure successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery of client deliverables.
Support Team Mobilization: Assist in the mobilization and success of the delivery team.
Identify New Opportunities: Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within client organizations.
Create Success Stories: Assist in creating client-specific success stories and case studies.
Contribute to Thought Leadership: Participate in workshops and assessments to uncover innovation opportunities.
Strengthen Industry Partnerships: Enhance service offerings and expand market reach through strategic partnerships.
Develop Thought Capital: Support the development of thought capital and client partnerships for growth.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Experience in technology implementation and understanding of the technology SDLC process.
Experience communicating and working with senior stakeholders (director level and above).
Experience leading and managing teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical approaches.
Strong client focus and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, software/data engineers, end users).
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and business problems.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in the commercial or manufacturing and supply chain within the Life Sciences Industry (Nice to have).
Knowledge of agile management tools (JIRA, AzureDevOps) (Nice to have).
Experience with software delivery practices (agile, scrum, SAFe) (Nice to have).
Experience with enterprise data (MDM, RDM, data governance) (Nice to have).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft, Amazon, Google) (Nice to have).
Experience delivering analytics or business insight dashboards (Nice to have).
Manufacturing and Supply Chain:Experience with solutions or data in the manufacturing and supply chain space (SAP, production areas(MES, IT/OT, etc.), supply planning solutions (Kinaxis, O9) or other software tools (Nice to have).
Commercial:Experience with solutions in the Life Sciences commercial space (marketing, CRM) (Nice to have).
