About the Role
As a Remote Insurance Representative, you will play a key role in growing our business by developing leads, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone with State Farm experience and an active Property & Casualty insurance license who is eager to make an impact in a supportive and goal-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential and existing customers.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including policy inquiries, coverage explanations, claims assistance, and billing support.
Market and sell a variety of insurance products to new and existing clients.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and State Farm products to effectively advise customers.

What We're Looking For
State Farm experience is required for remote candidates (In-office positions are available for those without State Farm experience).
Active Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license preferred).
Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and active listening.
Highly motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
