To learn more, please visit our company website: Position Overview The Toxicology Laboratory Technician performs tasks to meet the expectations of our clients by efficiently and profitably generating defensible data on time. A Lab Tech I will perform procedures under the direction of a trained manager with frequent supervision. Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Preparation of samples (extractions) for analysis and/or shipment
- Maintaining organized records of sample preparation and analysis
- Preparation of reagents for lab use
- Cleaning of laboratory glassware
- Maintaining clean laboratory areas
- Demonstrate an ability to learn and perform method(s) efficiently
- Able to routinely meet QA/QC requirements
- Assisting the Group Leaders and analysts in acquiring and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation
- Comply with MSL Quality Assurance Program and other policies
- Comply with MSL Health and Safety Plan
- Other duties as assigned by senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
- Laboratory experience may allow advancement to Tech II
Preferred Skills - Prior laboratory experience is preferred but not required as this is an entry-level position
- Knowledge of general lab practices and lab safety
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good organizational skills and strong communication skills
