Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 base + benefits + more

Join a fast-growing solar and storage development company that's reshaping how clean energy is sourced across the U.S. Were on the hunt for a driven, entry-level Junior Project Developer to join our Origination Team  and this could be your launchpad into a future as a full-fledged Project Developer.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll get hands-on experience from day one and play a vital role in helping us identify and secure the best land for future solar and storage projects. Here's what your days might look like:

• Running origination campaigns : including outbound mailers, calls, and outreach to landowners
• Cold calling and lead generation : turning unknown landowners into long-term partners
• Preliminary diligence : assisting with desktop reviews and site assessments
• Working closely with Origination Manager and above , all of whom are deeply invested in mentoring and growing our origination team
• Supporting land acquisition strategies and collaborating cross-functionally with development, GIS, and legal teams

What You Bring:

• A Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering , or a related field
• A true passion for solar and renewable energy  you're not just looking for a job, you're building a career
• Strong interest in project development , especially the early-stage process of identifying land opportunities
• Excellent communication skills comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
• Organized, energetic, and curious you love a good challenge and learning by doing
