We’re hiring Janitorial Temps for a 7-month assignment in Columbia, MO 65201 with a pay rate of $16.50/hr . What You’ll Be Doing:

Shift Schedule (must be available Monday–Saturday):

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• You’ll work 5 days/week , and your permanent days off will be assigned after you begin. Flexibility is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of indoor production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Keep the outdoor grounds and parking lot neat and presentable.
• Empty waste receptacles and recycle materials like plastic bags used in soil sorting.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and company safety rules.
• Support team leads and supervisors by following instructions precisely.
• Remain open to cross-training opportunities as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and lint-free environment.
• Be prepared to work occasional overtime as production demands.
• Take ownership of your work and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in janitorial, sanitation, or housekeeping roles
• Must be available Monday through Saturday with consistent 5-day workweeks
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and pull for extended periods (up to 12 hours per day)
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required
• Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Must be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Willingness to work in various facility areas and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
