We’re looking for an energetic and driven IT Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for clients' service requests through various channels, ensuring that they are addressed appropriately to IT incidents and service requests to effective solutions. Your contributions will ensure clients receive a smooth and efficient IT support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the Service Email inbox and triage new and existing service requests and projects.
Provide first level remote IT support (for VoIP phones, laptops, desktops, printers, and other network devices
Perform scheduled maintenance of desktops on monthly basis.
Prepare devices/parts from inventory for Projects/Tickets and assign to tech for configuration.
Pack and ship equipment for tickets/projects for client self-installations.
Restock new and returned equipment from customers to inventory.
Manage and maintain stock room on a weekly basis.
Coordinate projects, schedules, and timelines with clients.
Maintain and update technical documentation and customer system SOPs.
Qualifications
2+ years in any helpdesk/support center role
Basic knowledge in trouble shooting, diagnosing, and resolving computer hardware and software related issues
Experience in using CRM and ticketing tools (preferably Autotask, Datto)
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Must have a valid California Driver's License
