Interim Human Resources Manager – Temporary coverage June through November 2025
The Luminos Fund, a fast-growing international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world's most vulnerable children, seeks an experienced Interim Human Resources Manager to provide temporary leave coverage for the Global People Officer from June through November 2025.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, collaborative team player with global HR generalist experience. The Interim HR Manager will support day-to-day HR operations, coordinate ongoing initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor to staff and managers across our global organization. Candidates should have experience working in a remote-first environment, as well as with in-office and hybrid teams.
The Interim HR Manager will report to the Global People Officer prior to the start of the leave and to the CEO during the leave period. They will partner closely with the People Operations & Systems Associate, as well as senior leadership across the organization.
This role is expected to be up to 32 hours per week. This role may be located in time zones from GMT-5 to GMT.
