HR Generalist Recruiter Location Tempe, AZ : “Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US. This candidate will be energetic, detail oriented and quickly able to switch gears. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in an open environment with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company. Daily Responsibilities: Develop and update s Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes and job applications Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process Onboard new employees Assist HR director with benefits administration Assist HR director with employee files, terminations and processing day to day HR administrative tasks Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist with a strong recruiting background Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills Bachelors Degree in related field (preferred) Benefits and Compensation: ~ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance ~ PTO ~401k with company match ~ Life Insurance Salary Range: $65k-$75k Truesdell Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
