The work will be challenging, but always rewarding. **It's Work That Matters.** **Overview** **Schedule:** Day Shift - Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). This position is Part-time. **Purpose Statement/Position Summary:** Under the supervision of the Lead Research Assistant/Research Associate, assists in recruiting project participants and administering structured questionnaire survey materials. May be responsible for data collection, data entry, and/or study documentation. **Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** 1 year research experience preferred. Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative interviewing and recruiting project participants preferred. Experience using CASI interviewing tools preferred. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. **Education/Licensure/Certification:** High school diploma or equivalent. College education preferred. **Pay Scale Information** USD $43,680.00 - USD $56,212.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
