Kenzo Estate is seeking three enthusiastic intern candidates eager to join the winery team for the upcoming 2025 harvest. Experience is a plus, but not necessary with the right attitude, attention to detail, work ethic, and capacity and willingness to learn. You will work closely with our winemaking team in every aspect of harvest from harvest preparations, fruit sorting, fermentation management, barrel work, and moving the wines to barrel. The job will involve cleaning and sanitation, physical labor, long days – all of which will demand focus, being invested in the daily tasks, endurance, and striving for excellence with every step.
