As our Founding Brand Designer, you will define how Copilot looks, feels, and comes to life across every touchpoint. We’re looking for a designer with a sharp visual eye — someone who understands the power of aesthetics, composition, and storytelling to create a brand that stands out. From web and social to product launches and video, you’ll craft high-impact visuals that make a lasting impression.
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — who sees creative challenges not as limitations but as opportunities to push boundaries. You’ll need to adapt quickly, iterate often, and bring fresh ideas to the table while collaborating with specialists (motion, video, and more) to execute at the highest level. Elevate our brand design. Own and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
Design and maintain our website. Create visually striking and intuitive web experiences that showcase our product and brand narrative.
Lead campaign creatives. Develop concepts and designs for social media and paid ads, staying agile with trends and best practices.
Launch creative. Work on new product and feature launches—designing everything from key visuals to supporting assets.
Video design & collaboration. Ideate and oversee video projects, partnering with motion graphics/video specialists where needed.
