About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take ownership of our company’s vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical to keeping our teams moving, ensuring our vehicles are safe, reliable, and cost-effective. What You’ll Do
•  Oversee daily operations of company vehicles across multiple sites.
•  Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
•  Manage vendor relationships for fuel, repairs, leasing, and servicing.
•  Ensure compliance with state/local transportation, insurance, and safety requirements.
•  Track budgets, control costs, and find efficiencies in fleet operations.
•  Lead vehicle procurement, lifecycle management, and replacement planning.
•  Collaborate with operations, HR, and safety teams to support drivers and staff.
•  Act as the point of contact for fleet-related emergencies and issues.

What We’re Looking For
•  3–5 years of fleet management, logistics, or transportation experience.
•  Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
•  Knowledge of fleet best practices, safety standards, and compliance.
•  Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
•  Valid driver’s license required.
