Job Description

Drai's Supper Club is looking for seasoned fine dining servers that have a strong background in luxury dining, exceptional service skills, and a good understanding of French cuisine and wine. The ideal candidate will have a refined palate, professional appearance, and a dedication to providing an unforgettable dining experience for guests. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, personalized, and attentive service to every guest, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded throughout the dining experience
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods. Have an in-depth understanding of wine pairings, cocktails, and after-dinner drinks to assist guest in making selections. 
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional, elegant manner, adhering to all service standards. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times. 
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of wine lists and be able to make wine recommendations based on guest preferences and food pairings. Ability to open, decant, and serve wine with professionalism.
  • Maintain clear communication with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, as well as any special guest requests. Must be able to carry three plates at a time. 
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and management to ensure smooth service, a positive work environment, and exceptional guest satisfaction. 
  • Proactively suggest add-ons, specials, and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales. 
  • Ensure that every plate is properly presented and every aspect of the guest's experience is seamless, from the dining room ambiance to the last course. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of fine dining serving experience, preferably in a high-end French or Michelin-starred restaurant. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality. A professional, polished demeanor is required. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and focused demeanor under pressure. 
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a team of front and back of house staff, fostering a positive and supportive environment. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry multiple plates and trays for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service protocols.
