Paint and Coatings Estimator:

Are you an experienced Coatings Estimator who is ready to make a change? We are looking to add a skilled Estimator to a growing team!

Benefits:

* $85,000 -$115,000 base

* Excellent Bonus Structure

Job Responsibilities:

* Work with General Contractors, and Property Managers to promote company services.
* Bid Commercial and Light Industrial paint projects up to and exceeding $500,000.
* Lead by example, provide leadership to Project Teams

Qualifications:

* Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator with a proven track record of successfully managing & estimating projects delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.
* Specific experience in commercial painting required.
* Software proficiency, Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Center, (or equivalent)
* Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.
* Must have a solid work-ethic and be a Team player.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
