Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to support our event coordination and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, promotions, and brand representation while working in a dynamic and team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of promotional events.
• Support event logistics, including organizing materials and coordinating schedules.
• Engage with customers to provide product/service information and enhance brand awareness.
• Ensure seamless event operations and provide on-site support to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to implement marketing strategies at live events.
• Track and report on event performance, customer interactions, and campaign success.
• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, outgoing personality, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment .
• Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
