Job Description
Downtown Law Firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience.
Paid Media Management
o Own and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
o A/B test messaging, creative, and landing pages
o Manage retargeting and lookalike audiences
o Maintain or reduce CPL and increase ROAS
o Align campaigns with litigation priorities and intake bandwidth
Email & CRM Marketing
o Build out automated email journeys via HubSpot: nurture, re-engagement, and client education
o Segment lists based on campaign, case type, and stage
o Work with Marketing Ops to tie email performance to case conversion
Landing Pages & Website Optimization & Lead Redesign
o Develop and optimize campaign-specific landing pages
o Work with web developing team on SEO and UX improvements
o Ensure form tracking, call tracking, and heatmaps are functioning
Campaign Calendar & Coordination
o Maintain the firm's digital campaign calendar (seasonal pushes, firm initiatives, trial dates)
o Coordinate launches with the Marketing Operations Manager to align with intake team readiness and legal timelines
o Collaborate on webinar promotions, client updates, and firm announcements
Social Media Manager
o Social Media & Content Distribution
o Oversee scheduling and paid amplification of organic content
o Implement a growth strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
o Create branded templates for reels, carousels, quote posts, infographics, etc.
o Design short-form video thumbnails and overlays
o Collaborate with marketing ops manager on brand voice and content calendar
Graphic Designer
o Templates for wildfire and Pl campaign ads
o Visual branding for webinars or case updates
o Graphics for social media series (e.g. "Client Journey," "Attorney Q&As")
o Modernization of intake documents (visual headers, clear icons, QR codes)
o Visual storytelling assets for website (e.g. "Our Process" infographics)
o Design graphics for paid media (Google Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
o Create headers, buttons, banners, and visuals for email campaigns
o Design blog headers, case study visuals, and firm news graphics
o Maintain consistency with typography, color palettes, logo usage, and photo selection
o Design brochures, mailers, event materials, court-day signage, or firm swag
o Support case team or attorneys with presentation templates or branded litigation documents
