Digital Account Manager (U.S. Remote)
We're on the lookout for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for building lasting client relationships, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple accounts to deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with clients to set and achieve marketing goals, leveraging data to optimize strategies in SEO, content, and paid media.
Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting progress through monthly webinars or calls while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify and resolve account challenges in collaboration with team members, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across social media, SEO, paid search, and more.
Stay ahead of industry trends, educating clients on best practices and helping them make the most of digital tools and resources.
What We're Looking For:
U.S.-based and eligible to work remotely.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and CRM, along with 4 years of project management experience.
Proven success as a Digital Account Manager, with expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and CRM software.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
A passion for digital marketing, paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to stay on top of industry developments.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
(Bonus) Experience in the Health & Fitness industry is a plus, but not required.
