Compared to the competition, our content receives over 100x traffic, driving sales for startups, SMBs, and mid-to-enterprise level companies in a variety of industries. A large portion of our partners and clients are in the business, finance, technology and software fields. We also service clients across many industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food & restaurants, venues, psychology, construction, and more.

Perfect Clicks LLC is looking for a hard-working self-starter to join our small, close-knit marketing team. You will be working directly with the CEO to deliver on key branding responsibilities including content, development, design, SEO, and digital marketing. Every day, you'll leverage our unique content development process to write industry-leading content for clients, publishers, and brands. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to lead digital ad campaigns to make a direct impact for the audiences, clients, and partners we serve.

Since we are a media company first, everyone on our team writes content. As a Chief Marketing Officer, you will be expected to learn our unique content development process to engage audiences, boost engagement, and trail-blaze growth opportunities for our clients. Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Finance, Computer Science, Graphic Design, PR, etc.
• Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a small team through a self-starting, highly motivated attitude
• Thorough knowledge of successful marketing principles and branding strategies
• Commitment to understanding, continuous learning, and research of changing market trends
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Preferred: Experience writing content, executing SEO, and publishing according to client calendar
• Preferred: Design, web development or branding experience
• Preferred: Outstanding performance working on small teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Content

• Write 2-3 client blog posts per day and publish according to calendar schedule
• Edit content for SEO, structure, and precision
• Research keywords and traffic opportunities to direct client SEO strategy according to market standards, trends, and branding goals
• Optimize client content according to SERP ranking analysis, meta, backlinking, and page titles

Design/Branding

• Lead logo, layout, and social designs from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and Perfect Clicks team to drive creative visuals consistent with company brands
• Present creative vision clearly to clients through drafting and production phases of design
• Synthesize abstract business concepts into tangible design initiatives

Development

• Select technology for projects to meet development standards, branding needs, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with marketing team to integrate promotional strategies on SEO-friendly pages, WordPress sites, and custom platforms
• Integrate CRM, EMR, ERP, Ecommerce platforms according to client needs
• Present SEO analytics and data reports during client meetings
• Analyze web traffic to leverage trends and optimize usage

Executive

• Plan, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns according to client objectives
• Conduct market research for comprehensive problem-solving, strategy assessment, and continuous plan improvements
• Track KPIs and present monthly, quarterly, or annual client reports
• Identify target customers for products and services to develop a successful strategy
• Coordinate marketing efforts in alignment with client branding and financial goals
