A growing commercial construction company is looking for a Commercial Construction Business Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients, networking within the industry, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and project acquisitions.
Help establish the company's presence in the commercial construction market
Assist in developing promotional materials and project portfolios to showcase expertise
Leverage social media, email campaigns, and website updates to engage potential clients
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
5 - 10 years of experience in business development/ sales, within construction-related roles
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry regulations
Knowledge of Georgia commercial construction in education, military, or government sectors
Ability to navigate complex processes, particularly for government/municipal contracts
Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a growth mindset
Willingness to travel extensively within a 200-mile radius of Middle Georgia
Competitive base salary range of $50k - $60k, plus commission/bonus structure based on leads and business development
