Business Development & Sales for Restoration Construction

gpac is partnered with a well-established company in the Restoration Construction industry. Our client specializes in Commercial and Residential restoration projects, offering a stable work environment with great advancement opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales materials

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with restoration projects

- Experience working with insurance companies and customers

- Must have sales experience

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of $75,000-150,000
