The Business Development Agent shall promote and sell the Company's staffing services to potential clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identifying potential clients
- Outsourcing potential Clients
-Scheduling and completing Business to Business Client meetings via phone call, online, on in person
-Attending Networking events and job fairs online or in person
- Conducting meetings and presentations online or in person
- Negotiating terms of service
- Closing sales appointments
Commission Structure:
You as the Business Development Agent shall receive a commission for each client sale successfully closed.
Also note that this opportunity has residual income as well!.
After the 30 day probationary period, you will have the option of transitioning into an hourly employee, with a pay rate of $18 an hour
