Associate Dentist | Toledo, OH

4 Day Work Week. $150k Base + $250K+ 1st Year Potential!

A rapidly expanding dental group in Toledo is seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join a newly consolidated, high-volume practice. This role is ideal for a doctor who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take ownership of patient care in a modern, multi-operatory environment. With three practices merging into one state-of-the-art location, the opportunity for long-term growth and leadership is clear from day one. This is a full-time, lead-doctor position with mentorship available and partnership potential beginning in year two.

Key Highlights:

• Guaranteed base salary of $150K with first-year earning potential of $200K to $250K+
• Up to 32% of collections (including lab fees)
• Up to $10K in sign-on, relocation, & CE bonus support
• Four-day workweek with a strong, established hygiene program (22 hygiene days per week)
• Newly remodeled office combining three patient bases into a 10-operatory flagship location
• Modern clinical tech: CBCT, Wave One, digital scanners, cloud-based software

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver full-scope general dentistry with autonomy and support
• Serve a patient base of over 5,000 with 50 new patients per month
• Collaborate with experienced peers and a highly trained support team
• Take part in a strong clinical culture that values mentorship, growth, and leadership
• Contribute to a practice built for long-term success through high-quality care

What You Bring:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Ohio dental license or eligibility to obtain
• Ideally 2+ years of clinical experience (new grads with leadership interest will be considered)
• Proficiency in restorative procedures; experience with Invisalign, endo, or implants a plus
• Strong communication skills and a long-term mindset
