A well-established, private dental practice in Ocala, Florida is actively hiring a full-time Associate General Dentist . This is a high-volume, fee-for-service practice serving more than 7,000 loyal patients and offering a full range of general and advanced dental procedures. With a supportive clinical team and no insurance limitations, you’ll have the autonomy to provide exceptional patient care while growing professionally and financially.

This role is ideal for a motivated dentist looking for a long-term home with a path to partnership.

Position Highlights:

• Earning Potential: $350,000+ annually.
• Daily Production: Associates average $6,500 to $9,000 per day.
• Compensation: Daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher).
• Schedule: 4-day workweek with full-time stability.
• Patient Base: 7,000+ active patients in a high-demand area.
• Clinical Autonomy: No quotas or micromanagement.
• Technology & Services: Implants, bone grafting, dentures, sedation, TMJ, Botox
• Team Support: 8 dedicated hygienists and experienced staff.
• CE Support: $3,000 annual CE allowance (after 6 months).
• Growth: Partnership opportunity available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general and restorative dentistry procedures.
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team.
• Diagnose and create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality care with a focus on long-term patient relationships.
• Expand into advanced procedures including molar endo, implants, and surgical extractions.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (AEGD or GPR considered).
• Proficiency in restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Open to new graduates with mentorship support available.
