Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled **AI & Automation Systems Architect** to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using tools like [ **Zapier**, **n8n**, and **Microsoft Power BI**. You will be responsible for integrating AI solutions, optimizing CRM systems, and developing insightful dashboards to enhance our business operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Automation Workflow Development:** Create and optimize workflows to streamline lead generation, sales processes, and marketing campaigns using tools like [ Zapier, or n8n.
* **CRM Integration:** Customize and enhance CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) to automate tasks, manage data flow, and improve customer relationship management.
* **Data Visualization:** Develop dynamic dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to provide real-time insights into sales, marketing performance, and operational metrics.
* **AI Integration:** Incorporate AI services (e.g., NLP, ChatGPT, machine learning models) into workflows to improve decision-making and scalability.
* **System Documentation:** Document all workflows and systems to ensure clarity and scalability.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience with automation tools like [ Zapier, or n8n.
* Strong proficiency in CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
* Expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
* Ability to integrate AI tools and APIs into business processes.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• **Bonus:** Add a Clay step for enrichment and an OpenAI step to summarize input

• Use Make.com, Zapier, or n8n — or showcase your preferred tool if better!

**Compensation:**

• International (Remote): $500 – $1,500/month
