Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the linchpin that connects our sales team with healthcare IT vendors. Your efforts will facilitate crucial conversations that lead to the development of software and services that benefit healthcare providers globally. You'll build meaningful relationships and be part of a culture that values independence, trust, and autonomy.

Our team is seeking an individual who embodies professionalism and excels in effective email communication. The ideal candidate will articulate thoughts clearly and respectfully, ensuring that all exchanges maintain the highest standard of clarity and courtesy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to coordinate meetings and address concerns.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination with precision.
  • Arrange and book travel for team members, ensuring seamless itineraries.
  • Assist in the completion and submission of travel expense reports with attention to detail.
